Facility Rentals

The Music Resource Center offers affordable, fully equipped spaces for musicians, bands, and dancers looking for a place to rehearse, create, or record. Whether you need a rehearsal room, a professional recording environment, or an open space for dance, MRC provides flexible options in a welcoming creative environment.

Rental availability is primarily Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–2:30 PM and after 7:00 PM, with limited availability on weekends.

If you are interested in renting space, please complete our Rental Inquiry Form and a member of our team will follow up with availability and next steps. Submitting the form does not confirm a reservation. Please submit all rental inquiries at least 24 hours before your anticipated start time, so that we have adequate time to review and respond.

Practice Rooms
Starting at $25/hour

Our rehearsal spaces are ideal for bands and musicians looking for a convenient, plug-and-play setup. Each room includes a full backline.

Included in each rehearsal space:

  • PA system

Musicians must provide any additional equipment needed for rehearsal, including cymbals and personal instruments.

MRC’s recording studio is available for musicians looking to record demos, tracks, or full sessions in a professional environment.

Studio sessions must be run by a sound engineer. The hourly rental rate does not include an engineer, but we are happy to recommend experienced engineers if needed.
