Lessons
We’re not a traditional music school—and that’s by design. At the MRC, we focus on creativity, collaboration, and helping members build the skills to explore on their own. Our focused four-week, one-on-one lesson sessions are designed to lay strong foundations for self-guided practice and discovery, while also reflecting our commitment to offering high-quality, sustainable support within our capacity. Each session centers on a personalized goal chosen with a mentor—like learning to read tabs and master three chords to play a favorite song—so members gain the tools and confidence to keep progressing independently or with friends. Drop-in support is always available during open hours to keep the momentum going.
