Ever been interested in learning how to spin tunes like a professional DJ? In our summer DJ Workshop, students will learn basic to intermediate operation of DJ gear, learn how to mix songs or perform basic scratches and turntable tricks. Some basic music theory will be applied as it pertains to song structure, so that students get a solid understanding of song structures and how to perform a solid mix of two or more songs.
