MRC Presents: Blues, Beats and BBQ at the Ix Art Park

As part of the 20th anniversary celebration of the Music Resource Center, we’d like to invite the Charlottesville community out for an all ages afternoon of Blues, Beats and BBQ. Tickets are just $5 to enter and all proceeds will benefit the MRC in our ongoing mission to provide a safe, diverse, community experience where teens build interpersonal skills though the universal language of music.

We’ve teamed up with local BBQ vendors who will provide both free samples and food to be purchased. MRC performers past and present will be taking the stage as well as special guests the Eli Cook Band and Central Virginia Blues Society. South Street Brewery and Pepsi products will also be available.
