Music Resource Center at 501 Cherry

Serving Youth Where They Live, in a Space Built for Music

For more than 30 years, MRC has been a Third Space where Charlottesville youth come to make music, build confidence, and find community. Now, through a $7 million capital campaign, we’re building a permanent, debt-free home at 501 Cherry Avenue, designed specifically for music and giving young people more room to create, learn, perform, and grow. Located in the heart of Fifeville, where many of our members already live, our new space will let us serve youth right where they are.
