Thanks so much to everyone who came out last Friday to rock out with members of Daughtry! We had a great time with guitarist Brian, bassist JP, and drummer Robin.
After giving the guys a tour and letting them sit in on some of the production process, we got down to business in the tracking room. The guys jammed for a bit on their own, but quickly turned their attention to the MRC students.
Some members even received challenges in the form of hopping on less familiar instruments – Shelby had only played drums once before, but Robin was eager to show her a few tricks of the trade so she could rock it out with the other members.
After a few pointers, she was ready to go!
The members quickly found their element and displayed amazing courage in their playing skills, showing off all their best tricks to the Daughtry guys.
Our staff and members were so grateful to spend the afternoon with Daughtry, and we certainly wish them all the best as they wrap up the rest of their tour – check out their website for more details and info on upcoming shows!
