Battle of the Bands Entry Form

To enter our Battle of the Bands and have the opportunity to win a gig at Fridays After 5, your entire band must be in high school and you must choose a high school to represent.

Click here to download our entry form. You must bring the form back to the MRC along with a CD, DVD or Flash Drive with your band performing.  If you do not have recorded music, your band will be able to audition for MRC staff in our rehearsal rooms.  If you have any questions please email us here.
